Return Period: You have 30 days to request a return or exchange after receiving your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Mood Footwear, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased. If you have any concerns about the product or your experience with us, please reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.

How can I return all or part of my order?

If you decide to return the products to us within 30 days, remember that we will refund the entire order within 5 days of receiving the product. However, we cannot refund the cost of returning the product.

This is how the process works for all products:

1. Send us an email to support@moodfootwear.com and let us know that you wish to return the order or parts of it to us.
2.Contact our customer service to inquire about return eligibility. They will provide you with the return address.
3. If we can accept the return (within the accepted timeframe), follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
4. Send the package to the return address you have received from our customer service.
5. Send the Track code to our customer service.
6. Once your package is received and inspected within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the payment method you paid for the products.


My order is damaged, what should I do?

Take a photo showing the poor quality of the item or the damaged part. It is best to take the photos from a flat surface where the label and defect can be easily seen.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. 


Can I return the product without contacting you?

No, you can't. You must contact us before returning the product as the return address may be different from the order address.
